Registration Forms Available for “On My Own Time”

This spring the Business & the Arts Committee will sponsor the “On My Own Time” (OMOT) Employee Art Show. The program encourages participating Chamber members to exhibit their employees’ work in a professional setting through a city-wide display at Sooner Mall, April 5-16. To participate, a completed company registration form must be returned to the Chamber by Friday, February 26.

Employees and their spouses are eligible to participate. There are nine categories, with an amateur and advanced division in each. These include works on canvas, works on paper, color photography, black and white photography, sculpture, multi-materials, jewelry, textiles, and computer art. Participating companies will hold in-house shows March 22 – April 2. Finalists from in-house shows are selected by jurors and will appear in the citywide exhibit at Sooner Mall.

Registration fees are $50 for businesses with less than 50 employees; $100 for businesses with more than 50 employees; and $25 for non-profit organizations.
