Indianapolis, Ind. -- Andrew Morris SIOR, Jeremy Woods SIOR, CCIM, and Matt McGrady of Summit Realty Group represented global electronics component provider, Belkin International Inc., in site analysis and lease negotiations for its 798,096-square foot distribution facility at Airtech 1, 558 W. Airtech Pkwy in Plainfield, Indiana. After consolidation of several service components originally provided out of Belkin's west coast operations, this facility now serves as Belkin's North American distribution operations. The landlord, ProLogis, represented itself.
